Give the gift of a personal, hand-illustrated pet portrait perfect for any pet lover.

This voucher entitles the recipient to one custom pet portrait (one pet), created in my signature style using their favourite pet photos. Portraits are black and white with a luminuos gold sun or moon motif in the background. A plain background, drapery or light plant detail may be added if it is apppropriate to the composition. A hand-drawn, delicate black line frames each portrait on the page. 

Materials: I use a high quality natural Japanese caligraphy ink known for its intense rich colour, which can range from a deep glossy black to suble and delicate gray tones when added to water. The ink resists fading from light exposure over long periods and is highly lightfast and permanent. The paper is a lightly texured, coldpress 300gsm archival watercolour paper to enure the artwork's longevity.

How it works:

1. Purchase the gift voucher. A digital copy will be emailed to you or the receiver once payment has cleared.
2. The recipient may contact me via email or whatsapp to redeem their portrait. 
3. They will need to supply at least 3 but no more than 12 clear, high-quality reference photos. 
4. I will create the artwork and liaise with the recipient to arrange the courier directly.
5. Turnaround time is usually 5 business days depending on current workload and availability.
6. Allow 2 - 5 extra business days for courier delivery within main South African regions.

Important Information:

1. This voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase.
2. Courier delivery is included for main South African regions.
3. Each artwork includes the number of pets selected at checkout, and a gold motif in the in the backgound.
4. Extra pets, upgrades, or outlying delivery areas cost extra.
5. Vouchers are not refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash.
6. You can gift or transfer the voucher if it hasn’t been used.
7. The artwork will be produced in the artist’s established style. Minor adjustments may be considered at the artist’s discretion.
8. Turnaround times depend on availability and workload.
9. Please keep your voucher safe—lost vouchers may not be replaced without proof of payment.
